Li Mohon est un service d&#8217;accompagnement socio-\u00e9ducatif ayant pour mission d&#8217;apporter une aide aux enfants et aux jeunes en difficult\u00e9s dans leur milieu familial ou en logement autonome. L&#8217;ASBL est agr\u00e9\u00e9e et subventionn\u00e9e par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie Bruxelles et poursuit ses missions d&#8217;accompagnement sous mandat du SAJ et du SPJ dans un rayon de 40 km autour de Marche-En-Famenne. Depuis octobre 2021, nous d\u00e9veloppons une nouvelle mission destin\u00e9e aux enfants de 0 \u00e0 6 ans en situations de n\u00e9gligence et de maltraitance sur l&#8217;ensemble de la Province de Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LES \u00c9V\u00c8NEMENTS MARQUANTS DE L&#8217;ORGANISATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1967:<\/strong> cr\u00e9ation de l&#8217;ASBL Li Mohon situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Beaussaint,\u00a0 maison d&#8217;h\u00e9bergement pour enfants plac\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li><strong>1978:<\/strong> d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement de l&#8217;institution \u00e0 Lign\u00e8res<\/li>\n<li>cr\u00e9ation de diff\u00e9rents projets qui depuis ont pris leur autonomie (une EFT et l&#8217;AIS de Marche)<\/li>\n<li><strong>1999:<\/strong> scission en deux branches via deux asbl distinctes: d&#8217;une part, le service d&#8217;aide \u00e0 la jeunesse et d&#8217;autre part une structure g\u00e9rant des appartements sociaux.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2000:<\/strong> transition de Li Mohon vers un service d&#8217;intervention \u00e9ducative en ambulatoire<\/li>\n<li><strong>2002:<\/strong> fin de l&#8217;h\u00e9bergement et d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement \u00e0 Waha, agr\u00e9ment comme service d&#8217;intervention \u00e9ducative<\/li>\n<li><strong>2018:<\/strong> achat d&#8217;un b\u00e2timent et d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement \u00e0 Marche-en Famenne<\/li>\n<li><strong>2021:<\/strong> cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;une mission intensive pour des 0 \u00e0 6 ans\u00a0 et cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;une antenne \u00e0 Neufch\u00e2teau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LES PROJETS, MISSIONS ET\/OU ACTIVIT\u00c9S LES PLUS IMPORTANTS ET DE LEUR IMPACT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Li Mohon vise au bien-\u00eatre et aux besoins sociaux et\/ou \u00e9ducatifs de familles, jeunes ou d&#8217;enfants fragilis\u00e9s en vue de leur reconnaissance, de leur autonomie et de leur d\u00e9veloppement le plus harmonieux et ceci par trois missions principales:<\/p>\n<p>-Soutenir et proposer un accompagnement le plus adapt\u00e9 aux besoins et \u00e0 la (re)construction de la famille ou du jeune dans son milieu de vie &#8211; D\u00e9ployer les comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et valoriser le potentiel collectif des acteurs sociaux au profit des familles, notamment \u00e0 travers la r\u00e9flexivit\u00e9, la p\u00e9dagogie et l&#8217;\u00e9thique professionnelle &#8211; (re)cr\u00e9er le lien et faciliter la communication via un travail en r\u00e9seau et des outils innovants de socialisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>COURT T\u00c9MOIGNAGE EN RAPPORT AVEC L&#8217;ASSOCIATION OU L\u2019UN DES PROJETS OU ACTIVIT\u00c9S<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Je remercie le service Li Mohon car gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 eux il y a eu une super \u00e9volution dans la famille. Ils nous ont permis de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, de mieux communiquer.
