{"id":33529,"date":"2022-10-12T14:39:38","date_gmt":"2022-10-12T14:39:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ufb.be\/?post_type=beneficiary&#038;p=33529"},"modified":"2025-05-12T12:42:20","modified_gmt":"2025-05-12T11:42:20","slug":"c-a-t-s-le-solbosch","status":"publish","type":"beneficiary","link":"https:\/\/ufb.be\/nl\/beneficiary\/c-a-t-s-le-solbosch\/","title":{"rendered":"C.A.T.S. &#8211; Le Solbosch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;ORGANISATION EN QUELQUES LIGNES<\/p>\n<p>Le C.A.T.S. &#8211; Le Solbosch a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 le 4 d\u00e9cembre 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Personnes cl\u00e9s: Mr Praet &#8211; Pr\u00e9sident, Mr Culot &#8211; Administrateur D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9, Dr Hers &#8211; Directeur M\u00e9dical, Psychiatre, Mr Esti\u00e9venart &#8211; Directeur Th\u00e9rapeutique, Mr Chanson &#8211; Directeur Administratif.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;association est une communaut\u00e9 th\u00e9rapeutique r\u00e9sidentielle destin\u00e9e \u00e0 des personnes souffrant d&#8217;assu\u00e9tudes (drogues ill\u00e9gales, alcool, m\u00e9dicaments).<\/p>\n<p>LES \u00c9V\u00c8NEMENTS MARQUANTS DE L&#8217;ORGANISATION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1980:<\/strong> ouverture du premier centre avec une communaut\u00e9 th\u00e9rapeutique francophone et une n\u00e9erlandophone agr\u00e9\u00e9 par l&#8217;INAMI;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1983 et 1991:<\/strong> premi\u00e8res r\u00e9visions du programme th\u00e9rapeutique;<\/li>\n<li><strong>1994:<\/strong> cr\u00e9ation de la &#8220;Maison de transition&#8221;, espace pour les patients en phase de r\u00e9insertion apr\u00e8s la cure;<\/li>\n<li><strong>2002:<\/strong> d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement de la communaut\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandophone dans le Brabant Flamand, ce qui am\u00e8ne la scission de l &#8216;asbl existante et la cr\u00e9ation de deux nouvelles asbl fin 2003;<\/li>\n<li><strong>2014:<\/strong> cr\u00e9ation du SAS pour accueillir les patients non enti\u00e8rement sevr\u00e9s. 2019: transfert des comp\u00e9tences aux R\u00e9gions et agr\u00e9ment du C.A.T.S. par Iriscare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LES PROJETS, MISSIONS ET\/OU ACTIVIT\u00c9S LES PLUS IMPORTANTS ET DE LEUR IMPACT<\/p>\n<p>Le Solbosch propose aux patients d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter l\u2019abstinence. Le projet th\u00e9rapeutique vise \u00e0 offrir un cadre structurant dans lequel ils peuvent se retrouver sans produit, dans le respect de chacun et, par le biais d\u2019une remise en question personnelle, tenter de redonner un sens \u00e0 leur vie et d\u00e9velopper des projets d\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<p>Le cadre communautaire, \u00e0 la fois soutenant et confrontatif, permet de cheminer avec d\u2019autres vers davantage d\u2019autonomie.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail individuel: chaque r\u00e9sident se voit attribuer en d\u00e9but de cure trois r\u00e9f\u00e9rents qui l\u2019accompagnent tout au long de sa cure: un psychologue, un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent social et un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent somatique pour tout ce qui a trait au corps. Il est \u00e9galement possible d\u2019entamer un travail familial.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail communautaire: tous les r\u00e9sidents contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de la vie quotidienne (cuisine, lingerie, jardinage, entretien du b\u00e2timent, etc.). Ils partagent aussi des activit\u00e9s artistiques et sportives. Des groupes th\u00e9rapeutiques sont \u00e9galement organis\u00e9s chaque apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les r\u00e9sidents s\u2019engagent de leur propre volont\u00e9 \u00e0 une vie sans produit, au moins pour la dur\u00e9e de la cure.<\/p>\n<p>COURT T\u00c9MOIGNAGE EN RAPPORT AVEC L&#8217;ASSOCIATION OU L\u2019UN DES PROJETS OU ACTIVIT\u00c9S<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9moignages de 3 r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 des moments diff\u00e9rents de leur s\u00e9jour.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sident en d\u00e9but de cure: <em>\u00ab Les semaines se sont pass\u00e9es avec une seule id\u00e9e, faire journ\u00e9e par journ\u00e9e et moment par moment, sans trop penser \u00e0 l\u2019apr\u00e8s. Mais \u00e7a n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 chose simple. Dehors, il y avait beaucoup de gens auxquels je tiens \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sident en\u00a0 cours de cure: <em>\u00ab Cette place, j\u2019essaie de la prendre, tel que je suis, affaibli, certainement triste mais surtout en difficult\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sident en fin de cure: <em>\u00ab J\u2019ai men\u00e9 \u00e0 terme tout ce que j\u2019ai entrepris et aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est un vent de fiert\u00e9 et d\u2019enthousiasme qui me porte.
