The Event

Every year our Charity Golf Tournament is a huge hit no matter how you slice it!

This is one of our flagship and most important fundraisers.

This edition is particularly important for us as United Fund for Belgium celebrates its 50th Anniversary. Last year we reached the record-high number in golf registration.

This time we want to get a much better result to mark our Jubilee.

Whether you are a player, a donor, or an individual participant we count on you.

I am amazed by the unique purpose and allocation process of United Fund for Belgium since all donations, money raised and received are transferred to those beneficiaries most in need.

Wij nemen al gedurende vele jaren deel aan het UFB golftornooi. Het is elk jaar weer een plezier te kunnen inschrijven voor dit tornooi dat steeds perfect georganiseerd wordt, en op die manier ook nog een steentje bij te dragen aan het goede doel.

Local Rules

Please familiarise yourself with local rules before starting. Use of GPS equipment is authorised

NB : mobile phones may NOT be used – except in case of ‘force-majeure’ eg medical

Scoring

The use of a minimum of three drives of each of the four players is obligatory for the second shot. Upon the choice of drive and subsequent shots each player must play from within a scorecard distance of the ball chosen on the course / green until hole-out. Balls may be placed through the green.

Slow Play

Please avoid SLOW PLAY – Players must be aware that they are not alone on the course, and teams which do not ‘keep up’ with forward groups and who consistently fail to acknowledge the course Marshall’s rulings may be sanctioned.

Cards

Completed cards should be signed and checked by a player & marker from each team. Completed cards must be placed in the ‘scorecard’ box at the club Secretariat within 5 minutes of completion of round Late cards = non classified Incomplete or wrongly filled-in cards will mean team disqualification
