We are searching for an intern in Marketing/ Communication/ Events.

Mission

United Fund for Belgium (UFB), a Belgian non-profit organisation – asbl/vzw – created in 1972, collects donations from businesses, organisations and individuals with the mission to help people in need by financing projects of charity associations in Belgium. UFB distributes the integrality of the raised funds to support concrete projects in Belgium for social integration of the most vulnerable: the disabled, children and the poor.

Description

Project management: helping the team in the roll-out of important events

Community management: social networks contribution (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)

Graphic design & video editing: help create visuals feed our main assets (website, newsletter)

Content management: website updating via WordPress, newsletters & mailing management

Creativity: bring new ideas to spice up communication and increase our visibility

Profile

You are a higher education student in Master/3rd year+, master social networks inside out, enjoy writing in English and/or French & Dutch (style, readabiity, syntax)

You are creative, autonomous, resourceful and adapt easily to others

You want to get involved in a non-profit organisation that help those most in need in Belgium

We offer

On-the-job learning in a small & dynamic team

Contacts with important corporate companies established in Belgium (B2B)

Hours & duration: to be determined by mutual agreement

Workplace: hybrid mode – a combination of homeworking and/or in our offices located in La Hulpe (10min. walk from La Hulpe station)

Starting date: at your best convenience, no later than May 2023

Unpaid: reimbursement of travel expenses
