Tax deduction: national registration number required

As of tax year 2025, a new law mandates that associations include donors’ national registration numbers* (or company numbers for businesses) when submitting the list to Belcotax for tax attestations.

This will enable donors to automatically receive their tax deduction through their simplified declaration proposal in 2025.
